Jenni Pulos-Nassos sold her home in Encino, California earlier this year and moved to a new place in the same town with her husband Jonathan Nassos and their daughters Alianna, 4, and Georgia, 10 months. The Flipping Out veteran's new five-bedroom, 5,000-square-foot home sits on a half-acre, was built in 1991 and was purchased earlier this year for $3.2 million. Their previous home was just over 2,900 square feet, so Jenni got herself quite the upgrade.
Unlike her previous home, which was shown on Flipping Out, it's unlikely that we'll see directly into the new place on television, but we've got a vicarious tour for you right here! Check out some highlights below.
Quaint curb appeal
With its beautiful brick pathway, the front of the house feels elegant and inviting.
The open, airy kitchen
The farmhouse kitchen has a cozy island and exposed beams in the vaulted ceiling.
A perfect master bedroom
A fireplace and a whole lot of natural light make the master super inviting.
That backyard, though!
The stunning backyard has a black-bottom swimming pool, lush lawn and even a gazebo.
Hopefully, the Nassos family knows how to play. (Catch up on Flipping Out on Tuesdays at 10/9c.)
