Winona Ryder once shared that she decided to never get married because, well, she never wanted to get divorced! But, it's not entirely true that she's never been married — at least, if you ask the actress herself. Because Ryder also claims that she's been married to Keanu Reeves since 1992. And she's not about to let anyone forget it.
In case you missed it the first time around, Ryder has revealed that when the actors filmed a wedding scene in their '90s flick The Guardian, they actually did get married. Yep, an actual priest performed an actual ceremony. That's pretty legit!
When chatting with The Talk, Reeves said: "Once in a while, I will get a text, ‘Hello, husband [from Ryder]. I didn’t really believe her, and then Francis Ford Coppola, the director of Dracula, contacted Winona and said publicly that, yeah, that really happened, the priest did a full ceremony, and Winona and I got married."
Not that the actor minds. "It’s awesome," he told the ladies of The Talk. Indeed, he could do worse!
